Welcome to our beautiful apartment in SC de Tenerife! :) The flat is located in the heart of the city: it's very quiet at night... and full of life by day! If you come to Tenerife as a worker / digital nomads, this place is perfect for you :) Only seasonal rental (not meant for tourists, sorry!). We have previous experience on Air b&b and very good reviews, specially from teleworkers and digital nomads. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! - The flat is on a third floor and there is no elevator. Please take it into account in case you have any special needs in terms of accessibility. The good news is, since is the top floor, you'll have extra light :) - You will enjoy a very lightful bedroom and a quiet space at night! There is plenty of room for your clothes, books and other things, as well as many blankets, an extra duvet, extra pillows... You'll feel at home! - The living room has an office (confortable chair and fast connection), a dining area (perfect for a quiet dinner) and a sofa area connected to the balcony. It's perfect for digital nomads :) You can have breakfast at the balcony, or just chill and enjoy the sun! - The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped: oven, washing machine, utensils... It has lots of light all day long, and it's one of my favorite spots in the apartment :) - The bathroom, like the rest of the house, has been recently renovated. Its a bit small, but you'll find everything you need, including hairdresser and many towels :) The flat is perfect for one person or two (+baby)! The whole flat is for your private use (there are no remarkable common areas). Please notice that this is a residential neighborhood: it is important to respect resting hours (from 10 pm to 8 am). No parties are aloud. Santa Cruz de Tenerife is very well connected with both Tenerife North Airport (the closest one) and Tenerife South Airport. In addition, there is a port with connections by boat to other islands, very close to the apartment. There are many bus stops and tram connection close to the apartment (less than 5 min away). Santa Cruz is a nice place for remote working and a great starting point to visit the rest of the island and enjoy its museums, architecture, music, gastronomy... Most of the cultural life takes place in this area and in La Laguna, which is very close and connected by tram. If you telecommute, it is a perfect destination to spend a long period of time: you can enjoy the day-to-day life of the city and move around the rest of the island (or travel to others) in your spare time. Flexibele annuleringen
Als je binnen 24 uur na bevestiging annuleert: Volledige terugbetaling van de eerste maand huur.
Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Klik op <b>Dien een huuraanvraag in</b>.
- Voeg je ondersteunende documenten en betalingsgegevens toe om een potentiële betaling vooraf te autoriseren.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.
HousingAnywhere ondersteunt geen persoonlijke bezichtigingen. Iedereen heeft dus een gelijke kans om te huren, waar ter wereld je ook bent. Om je te helpen een weloverwogen beslissing te nemen, raden we je aan:

Zodra je huur is bevestigd, delen we de contactgegevens van de verhuurder, zodat je je verhuizing kunt regelen.
Huurbescherming is onze service om je te helpen huren met een gerust gevoel. We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
